We aim to dispatch within 2 working days, but lampshades are made to order which can take longer. Please call us on 0208 694 1664 if you need your lampshade quickly.

UK SHIPPING COSTS

Royal Mail - tracked when delivered only

Free shipping on all orders over £60

Orders £6 - £60 = £3.99

Orders under £6 = £2 

All UK orders are sent first class Royal Mail, this is not a fully trackable service, if you would like to pay for a traceable service please contact us on 02086941664.

EUROPEAN SHIPPING COSTS

Up to £30 = £18.00
£30-£60 = £30.00
£60+ = £60.00

We will send you an e-mail to let you know that your order has been despatched. Most of our products are either handmade or hand finished and in some cases it may take up to 5 days before we are able to ship them to you. We will let you know by e-mail if we expect any delay in sending the items you order.

SHIPPING ABROAD
Our website will generate a price based on each product being sent separately. If you're buying more than one item and think it's likely that they could be packaged together  (e.g. three lampshades that may fit inside each other) please email lushwest@yahoo.co.uk and we will research the best shipping price.

We operate DAP 

We only take responsibility for shipping our products.

International customers are required to pay any import costs such as VAT, duties and clearing fees.

Deliveries to non-UK addresses will take considerably longer to arrive.

PAYMENT
Goods will not be despatched until full payment (including delivery charge where applicable) has been received.

RETURNS
Lush Designs will exchange or refund an item you are not happy with, provided they are returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt. 

Please purchase proof of postage with your returned item as Lush Designs cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.

Delivery charges and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
